1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of the Service, including all Inputs and Outputs. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create, upload, distribute, store, or otherwise process content that:

  • sexually exploits or endangers minors, or constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, whether real or simulated;
  • depicts non-consensual sexual conduct, including non-consensual intimate imagery (“deepfake porn”);
  • incites, promotes, or glorifies terrorism, violent extremism, mass violence, or self-harm;
  • incites violence, harassment, or discrimination against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status;
  • contains hate speech, slurs, or dehumanising imagery targeting a protected group;
  • depicts realistic gore, torture, or extreme violence for shock value;
  • facilitates the manufacture or use of weapons (including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, explosive, or 3D-printed firearms), illegal drugs, or other regulated goods;
  • contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code;
  • constitutes fraud, phishing, scams, or impersonation;
  • contains classified, sensitive personal, financial, or health information of others without authorisation;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under the law of any jurisdiction where it may be received.

3. Real persons and likeness

You must not use the Service to:

  • generate sexual, suggestive, or intimate imagery of any identifiable real person without their verifiable, informed, and revocable consent;
  • create realistic depictions of identifiable real persons in misleading or deceptive contexts (for example, false statements, fabricated events, or fake endorsements), including political deepfakes designed to influence an election;
  • impersonate any real person, organisation, or public official in a manner intended to deceive;
  • infringe rights of publicity, privacy, or personality.

Architectural visualisation of buildings, interiors, and material studies is what the Service is for. Renders featuring people are limited to non-specific, non-identifiable figures used for scale and atmosphere.

4. Intellectual-property abuse

  • Do not use the Service to reproduce a copyrighted work in a substantially similar form, including imitations of a living artist's signature style with the intent to pass off the work as theirs;
  • Do not use third-party trademarks, logos, or trade dress in a manner likely to cause confusion or imply false sponsorship;
  • Do not submit Inputs to which you do not have the rights necessary to use them through the Service.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • resell, sub-license, rent, or commercialise access to the Service itself, including reselling Credits;
  • share, sell, or otherwise transfer license keys or account credentials;
  • create or operate multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits, fraud controls, or promotional restrictions;
  • scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Service in bulk, including for the purpose of training a competing model;
  • introduce false or misleading information into the Service, including fake reviews;
  • use automated tools to drive the Service (other than approved APIs or features we publish);
  • misrepresent your identity, age, location, or authority to bind a third party;
  • engage in any activity that violates applicable law, this AUP, the Terms, or the EULA.

6. Security and integrity

  • Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, except under a written authorisation from us;
  • Do not breach or attempt to breach security or authentication measures;
  • Do not interfere with the Service, our servers, or related networks, including via denial-of-service attacks;
  • Do not access the Service through any means other than the interfaces we provide.

7. Reporting violations

To report a violation of this AUP, email abuse@studiotools.app with:

  • a description of the activity;
  • any identifying information (account, license key, Output, timestamp);
  • any supporting screenshots or links; and
  • your contact information, so we can follow up.

For copyright complaints, follow the DMCA Policy.

8. Enforcement

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, investigate suspected violations, refuse to process specific Inputs, remove or refuse to store Outputs, suspend or terminate accounts, forfeit unused Credits, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Enforcement decisions are not subject to refund or compensation. We may also rely on automated systems to detect prohibited content, and false positives may occur; if you believe a decision was made in error, contact appeals@studiotools.app.
